I want to bring it to your attention that the closing date for all entrants for the IPO National Powerlifting and Benchpress Champioships is MONDAY 8TH MARCH eight days from now.

Entrance fees and membership fees must be paid by this date (either club membership or single membership).
Any lifter wishing to lift at the WPF World Championships in Bath 3rd - 7th of November 2010, must compete at this National Championships. The team representing Ireland for the worlds will be selected from the Nationals, as we have a high number of entrants already confirmed for the National Championships.
As per rule we are aloud two lifters per weight division, which will be selected from the list of lifters who compete at the Nationals , and not lifters who competed in past international Championships.
Weigh-in times are as follows
Saturday 3rd April @ 10 - 11am Southhill Powerlifting Club
Saturday 3rd April @ 4 - 5 pm Kilmurry Lodge Hotel
Sunday 4th April @ 9 - 10 am Kilmurry Lodge Hotel
